Working with Real Ideas to create an engaging, child- friendly activity pack to support the Devonport Heritage Trail for the 200th Anniversary of the founding of Devonport. The Devonport Heritage Trail is a self-guided public trail that was designed to highlight Devonport's rich maritime history. This was a multidisciplinary project involving a graphic designer, who created the visual identity of the trail; a communication designer who created clear and compelling historical narratives; and an experience designer, who planned the trail's structure and designed a map for users to follow. 

 

As the illustrator, I was responsible for creating engaging visuals for 12 key maritime locations and designing a friendly character guide to lead children through the activity pack. In addition to these core illustrations, I also created themed sticker sheets designed to spark imagination and interaction, helping to keep children engaged and entertained throughout the experience.
